Availability

Mr. Ross conducts two mediations a week. His schedule is fully booked through the end of June 2024.

Available dates for July and August, 2024 are posted below. Requests for the posted dates may be submitted between April 17 and April 30 , 2024. Requests will not be processed, however, until May 1, with counsel being informed of the outcome on or before May 3.

Dates are not allocated on a ‘first-come first-served’ basis. All requests are collected and processed on the first of the month if they have been received in the given time period and all requested information has been provided.

Please be aware, we generally receive many more requests for dates than the number of days available on Mr. Ross’s schedule.
