Mr. Ross conducts two mediations a week. His schedule is fully booked through the end of August 2024.
Available dates for September and October, 2024 will be posted below on June 17. Requests for the posted dates may be submitted between June 17 and June 28 , 2024. Requests will not be processed, however, until July 1, with counsel being informed of the outcome on or before July 3.
Dates are not allocated on a ‘first-come first-served’ basis. All requests are collected and processed on the first of the month if they have been received in the given time period and all requested information has been provided.
Please be aware, we generally receive many more requests for dates than the number of days available on Mr. Ross’s schedule.
